Today I started a knew life style challenge.. healthy eating . This will be a challenge for me because my life seems to move to fast for meal planning, but I'm up for the challenge . My health at this time is not an issue but my body image has become uncomfortable . So Day 1. was about coming up with an action plan to get back the body image that's adequate for me . I decided to start to eat healthy and clean incorporating more organic fruits and veggies etc etc basically ..I stop eating garbage. Lets first just make something clear I will never be a skinny women , that's just not my body type . This is not just about weight loss this is about feeling my best .As you know when you feel your best you look your best . What started this knew way of life is when I started to feel foreign in my own body . I know it sounds weird , but come on now am I the only one who felt their back fat jiggle and said OH HELL NO I'M NOT USE TO THIS, I doubt it . So I am not going to complain I'm going make a change !! While of course remaining FABULOUS !!Lets see how this goes.
